1. Contract
After full payment has been received and verified, contract orders are accepted. Upon delivery, customers are required to check the items and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours.
2. Product Details
All pictures and descriptions are merely meant to serve as a guide. There might be slight differences. If the product differs significantly, unused items in their original packaging may be returned. Prior to installation, always verify the dimensions.
3. Cost and Remittance
Our goal is to guarantee that all prices are accurate. If there is a mistake, we will let you know so you can confirm or cancel your order. Before shipping, the entire amount due, including delivery fees, must be paid.
4. Returns & Cancellations
You can email internet.orders@sndelectrical.co.uk to cancel your order within seven days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 14 days at your expense, unused, and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are processed within 30 days.
Items made to order are not refundable.
5. Policy on Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to supply the accurate delivery address. For losses or delays brought on by inaccurate or partial addresses, SND Electrical is not responsible.
6. Items that are missing or damaged
Within 48 hours of delivery, any damage, missing deliveries, or shortages must be documented in writing. Later claims might not be accepted.
7. Setup
An electrician with the necessary qualifications must install all fixed lighting. The warranty could be nullified by improper installation.
8. Guarantee
A 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects is included with every product.
For defective products, a complete refund is given within 30 days.
31 days to 6 months: replacement or repair.
After six months, proof of fault might be needed.
9. Accountability
We are only liable for the item's price. Contractor or installation fees resulting from product defects or delivery delays are not our responsibility.
10. Protection of Data
In compliance with privacy regulations, we safeguard payment information and customer information.
11. Law Governing
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms.
