Smart Electro Delivery Information

 

Free Delivery on Orders Over £85

All orders over £85 qualify for free standard delivery (with the exception of non-Mainland UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe, and worldwide).

Speedy Delivery – £8.95

Our Speedy Delivery option ensures your order will arrive within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Our primary courier services are Parcel Force Local and Royal Mail.
No matter the size of the order, there will be a minimum fee of £14.95 for deliveries to non-mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland via a two- to three-day Parcel Force courier service.

Stock may occasionally be stored in outside warehouses. If this happens, we'll let the customer know and set up delivery to our store or, if feasible, straight to your door.


Delivery Confirmation & Signature

Please note our courier, Parcel Force, requires a signature for all deliveries.
Ensure someone is present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day.

You'll get:

1. Smart Electro's dispatch confirmation the day before delivery

2. On the morning of delivery, Parcel Force will send you a time slot notification (if your order includes your mobile number).


Disclaimer

We advise you to book a qualified electrician only after your goods have been received.
Smart Electro cannot be held responsible for any electrician charges if goods arrive later than expected.

 

Notification of Smart Electro Delivery

After your order is shipped, Smart Electro will send you an email with the delivery service and the anticipated date of delivery.

On the morning of delivery, Parcel Force will send you a text or email with a projected one-hour delivery window (available only if a valid mobile or email address is provided).

You must sign for the goods to be in good condition when your order is delivered.
Please let us know right away if the package looks damaged or tampered with.


In-Store Collection

Additionally, Smart Electro provides In-Store Collection from our location in Birmingham.
Bring a valid photo ID, such as a passport, driver's license, ID card, or work card, to easily pick up your order.
In order to verify receipt, you will also be required to sign a collection form.

Please bring a copy of the person's identification if you are collecting on their behalf.
