You can email returns@smartelectro.co.uk to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
(Phone cancellations are not accepted.)
In all correspondence, kindly include your order reference number.
Items must be returned:
In original packaging and unused condition
Including all parts, lamps, or accessories supplied
Delivery fees are deducted from refunds, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
Returns must be shipped via tracked courier with value-based insurance within 14 days.
Items returned that are lost or damaged are not Smart Electro's responsibility.
Custom-made or specially modified products (e.g., bespoke lighting or tailored electrical goods) cannot be returned or refunded.
After returned items are received and examined, refunds are processed within 30 days.
Items that exhibit damage, wear, or abuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Once the goods are returned, a refund is given if the order was canceled after it was shipped.
Please get in touch with us first if you receive a defective item.
We'll provide a replacement or a refund as necessary after it has been examined and verified.
